Owen Garrett Westbrook would like to announce the birth of his sister Annie Grace.
Owen and Annie are the children of Cloyde and Jillann Westbrook of Middlebourne.
Annie Grace was born on Nov. 19 at Wheeling Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 1/2 ounce and was 21 inches long.
