The family of Ruth Hartman Wells invites the public to a reception celebrating her 90th birthday from 2-4 p.m. on Sept. 5 at the Oxford Street Church of Christ Annex.
The family respectfully requests that gifts be omitted.
Ruth was married to the late Glen Wells. She is the mother of Arlen (Marsha) Wells, Nancy (Paul) Inman and the late Rick Wells.
