Pelikan tells of Adams House

By Staff | Aug 12, 2009

Dear Editor,

The Adams House Ministries in Tyler County wants to acknowledge the recent donation of canned foods and paper products, received from Energy Express working out of Sistersville Elementary School. Mr. Alan Hamerick and teen workers collected items outside the IGA market in Sistersville. The items collected will contribute to the support of many families with need, in Tyler County. Thank You!!

The Adams House Ministries is a community outreach program established in 2003. With the struggling economy more people are needing that little bit of extra help. We are currently serving an average of 90 families a month. With the money and food received from generous people in our community this ministry can help our neighbors with food assistance, gasoline to get to doctors appointments, prescription assistance, and utility assistance.

God blesses our ministry every day with donations from generous givers in and outside of our community. Thank You to each and every one of you who have heard Gods call and reached out to your neighbor.

Blessed with Christ

Sue Pelikan
