HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) — Construction on a new engineering complex at Marshall University is about 50 percent complete.
The Arthur Weisberg Family Applied Engineering Complex is scheduled to be completed in March 2015. Marshall facilities and planning director Ron May tells The Herald-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1ccH1rV ) that the project is slightly ahead of schedule.
The College of Information Technology and Engineering says the 145,000-square-foot complex will house six academic components and programs.
Arthur Weisberg and his wife, Joan, donated $2.5 million to Marshall in 2006 for the facility's construction.
