David Decker and Sheila Matheny, together with her daughters and families, would like to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Sheila Ann Matheny of Parkersburg is the daughter of Paul and Louise Frum of Bens Run and of the late Virginia (Jenny) Kay Frum. David Dwight Decker of Lower Salem, Ohio, is the son Mrs. Evelyn Decker and of the late Dean (Pat) Decker of Marietta, Ohio.

The evening wedding will be held on May the 16th at the Marietta, Ohio, Shrine Club gazebo, reception to follow inside.

Sheila Matheny is a 1978 graduate of St. Mary’s High School. She is currently employed by Kraton Polymers in Belpre Ohio. David Decker is a 1971 graduate of Marietta High School and is owner of Decker Construction Company.
