Spencer celebrates her 80th

HAPPY 80TH — Phyllis (Wright) Spencer (bottom right) shown with her brothers and sisters. Front row left to right are Peggy, Wilma, Edith and Phyllis. Back row left to right are Gene, Darrel and Vera.
Phyllis (Wright) Spencer celebrated her 80th birthday on April 26 at the Weirton home of her son Stephen Paul and his wife Cindy. Family and friends came from many West Virginia cities including Weirton, Fairmont, Morgantown, Lost Creek, Pine Grove, Salem and Alma. One niece and her family flew in from Sharpsburg, Georgia to commemorate the day with Spencer as well.

Spencer was joined in her celebration by her sisters Edith (with husband Andy), Wilma, Peggy and Vera as well as her brothers Darrel (with wife Kathy) and Gene (with wife Joyce). Many of

Spencer’s nieces and nephews joined in the festivities including Kathy, Bob and Janet, Marjory, Jeffrey (and Carol), Tim (with wife Natala) and Kimberly (with husband David). Spencer’s great nieces and nephews also enjoyed the day.

They included Aaron (and wife Kristen and son Hunter), Jake and Jenna, Ryan and Kaitlyn, Tabitha (and Allen) and Elaina. A few friends also stopped by to wish Spencer well, including Tom and Barb and Brad. Thanks to everyone who joined in the fun on this wonderful occasion and made this a very special day for this lovely lady.
