Johnnie and Charlotte Arbogast celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 5.

They were united in marriage on April 5, 1958, in Elkins. They moved to Sistersville in 1972 where they still reside.

He is a retired professional truck driver and she retired after many years at Davis Jewelry and at Gold Diggers Jewelry. Both of the Arbogasts are members of the Sistersville Church of Christ. They have two children, Cathy, and husband Ronnie, Hess of Fly, Ohio and son, Johnny, and wife Joni, Arbogast of Sistersville. They also have five grandchildren, Joshua Morris, Sheyalea Morris, Seronne Lott-Morris, Aaron Foltz and Dana Eyler, and husband Steve.

They also have five great grandchildren, Bailey Morris, Maddox Morris, Katie Morris, Hayden Morris and Jocelyn Foltz.

They celebrated their golden anniversary with family and friends and a 1950s malt shop-style spaghetti dinner held at the Sistersville Church of Christ annex.
