Florence R. Morris, age 90, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Tuesday, May 6, 2008, in Barnesville. She was born August 15, 1917, in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of Eugene B. and Retta (Earp) Tracy.
She was a retired Lab Tech for Union Carbide, a member of E. Main St. Church of Christ, and a Charter member of Barnesville Red Hatters.
Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde R. Morris; and two brothers, Floyd and Albert Tracy.
Surviving are daughter, Sue (Dwight) Dearth of Barnesville, Ohio; three grandchildren, Brian (Kim) Dearth of Utah, April (Joey) Kelley of Georgia, and Michael (Christine) Dearth of Marietta, Ohio; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio, will be held Thursday, May 8, 2008, from 6 p.m. until time of service at 8 p.m.; also Friday, May 9, 2008, from noon until time of graveside service at 1:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, Akron, Ohio.
