One down, one to go

One (almost) down and one to go.

Tuesday are the primaries and all the hub-bub and electioneering can come to a lull, if not an end, for the bipartisan Board of Education candidates.

Polls open at 7:30 a.m. for the early riser and close at 7:30 p.m. for the late sleeper.

It’s the day of truth for the people of Tyler County to voice their opinion where it will make a difference for the next two, four or six years.

Though the curtain is no longer drawn and paper has taken a backseat to algorhythmic sequence, the end result is the same.

Already over 260 persons have made a statement with early voting, leaving the bulk of the democratic process to be taken care of May 13.

So, with the primaries near the finish line, only the general election is left.
